Budget also plays a very important role in determining the kind of face lift that you want to give your bathroom. This problem can be sorted without much fuss as today the bathroom hardware industry have given the consumers a lot many options at an economical rate.
You might plan to change the bathroom hardware accessories like towel racks, towel bars, bathroom shelf and the bath faucets. In this case take proper measurements and make a rudimentary floor plan. This will help you in purchasing the right size of the bathtub and Jaccuzi (be the case).

Quick Bathroom Decorating Tips
Need some ideas to spice up your bathroom? Does it look cold and empty like a public school bathroom? Nothing but the toilet sink, walls, mirror, and a few towels? Trust me. That’s not impressing anyone or anything.
Often overlooked in decorating, the bathroom is in truth one of the more visited rooms in the house. With people spending an average of 45 min. a day using it, showering, and primping, why should you ever even think about leaving it bare?
There are a few simple things that I’ve learned throughout my years of being an apartmentite that really help turn a boring bathroom into a rich, resilient restroom.
Pick a Theme- Schultz went with a Superman theme in his bathroom and it actually looks really great. It helped him easily narrow down a color scheme to red and blue with accents of yellow. All of the matching and color picking had already been done for him, he just had to go with something he liked. Superman it was. Combining a blue shower curtain and rugs with red bath towels and a yellow hand towels, this theme can appeal to anyone. Throw up a few framed classic Superman comics and a retro Superman toothbrush if you want to really push the theme and suddenly you have a extremely fun bathroom.
Picking a theme is an easy idea for anyone to incorporate fun and flavor to their water closet. So find something you lilke…be it a sports team, a movie, or anything else…pick it…analyze the colors and go!
Keep It Clean- Always keep your bathroom clean and clutter free. Keep the clutter off the counter. Find a hiding place for your brushes, cologne, make-up, hair products, etc. It looks good to no one to walk in and see piles of make-up on one side of the sink, medicine bottles and hairspray on the other, dirty clothes on the floor, and an over-flowing waste basket. And if you have chosen that to be your theme….you should choose another. Oh..most importantly…keep the toilet sparkling and the TP on the TP holder. What good does the empty cardboard roll do for you or your guests? Don’t just leave the new roll on the back of the toilet and wait for a guest to do your work for you. Remember, guests don’t just see the living room and kitchen…they also see the bathroom, so keep it clean and clutter free.
Candles, Dispensers, and Other Fine Things- Want something neat on your counters? Try a few candles with cool candle holders. Also, don’t just use the disposable soap dispenser. Instead, buy a cool soap dispenser that goes along with your theme and refill the soap as needed. Matching soap dispensers and toothbrush holders always look great. A picture frame with one of your favorite 4×6′s could work great on the counter as well. It may be cliche’, but a novelty or funny book in the bathroom is always a great idea.
No matter what. Quit forgetting about or putting off the bathroom decoration. When you visit other bathrooms, take notes, see what you like and don’t like about them. Then apply that to your own. Have fun and I hope reading this didn’t make you …flushed.

Deep Clean Your Home
All the usual cleaning like dusting, vacuuming and making the beds still apply of course, but be sure to wipe away the finger paint from the kids being home on rainy days, return all the kid’s friend’s stuff, put away summer ware and suntan lotions and paraphernalia. Your home will probably need extra TLC from sand, extra dirt, dust and mold. Be sure to wash shower curtains or doors, and get the rugs shampooed. Disinfect Your Home
Protect yourself from germs and mold by using a good household disinfectant. Be sure to clean all visible mold in shower stalls, floors, and behind toilets. Disinfect your home regularly especially after the kids start school. Their books and bags are great germ carriers. Disinfect kitchen and bathroom countertops often as well. Clean Out the Insides of All Appliances
That well-used microwave from easy to heat up summertime meals can really use it! Clean out the fridge from top to bottom as well. Throw out all old food — don’t forget that expired yogurt way in the back! Defrost the freezer. Don’t forget to scrub the barbeque and its tools as well! Wash Windows
Finger prints from extra company and the doggie nose and paw prints can really keep the sun out. To make the most of your home’s windows and let the sun in, windows should be cleaned inside and out. Be sure to wash screens and rid them of dead spiders and moths! Power Wash Your Home
The driveway and patio take a beating from guest’s cars, dirt and kid’s chalk. A power washing on those items as well as the garage can really make a difference. See grass and mud stains disappear from the side of the home too! Power washing is also great on some patio furniture and outside toys. Organize Your Home
Organize the entire home so it runs like a well-oiled machine when schedules get tight and the lazy days of summer are gone. Get a calendar, buy baskets for storage, throw out things not used in a year and set up closets well. Organize shoes, coats and desks. In the bathrooms, have a set place for all toiletries to avoid hassle on school mornings. Feng Shui Your Home
Homes clear of clutter and with well-positioned furniture can help to create positive energy flow. Change of color and well placed knick-knacks can help you to feel happier and healthier and bring about harmony in your home. Get a Laundry Service Who has the time to keep up with all those uniforms for school and sports clean? Hire a company to pick up the laundry and and drop it off for convenience. That way you’ll be sure the clothes are ready and there are always clean towels and sheets to prevent the spread of germs. Involve the Family!
Have the kids pick up their stuff — It gets them away from the computer/TV and teaches them skills like cooperation and hard work. And maybe they’ll call “Mom- where is my…” less often! Hire the Professionals
Unless you’re one yourself, chances are that a properly trained professional can take up to 60% less time to clean your home than you could. Additionally, they should have all the right tools for the job — making your home a healthier and safer environment.

5 Interior Design Tips That Will Revolutionize Your Home
Do you want to change your house? Are you tired of getting up and not only seeing the same faces, but also the same pieces of furniture, the same colors on the walls, the same curtains? We can’t advise you to change those faces (that’s up to you!), but we can surely recommend a few interior design tips that will make your home unrecognizable. You’ll think you’ve moved! Follow these simple tips for your main rooms and get on the road to a brand new home.
1. Bedroom. Ever heard of relaxing bedrooms? Wouldn’t you want yours to be a place where you can actually rest? Then you need a room where energy can flow and where you can relax and think. But how? Lighting is very important. Windows should be wide and open: if there’s a garden outside, take advantage of it; everything green is only good for your mental well-being. For your walls, choose light colors, and with low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). Also, choose furniture that you find comfortable: few will ever get into your room, so it’s better to privilege comfort over looks.
2. Kitchen. Kitchens are complex, no doubt. If you want a radical, profound change made to your kitchen, consult a Seattle interior designer for tips on specific things that can be modified in it. That way, you’ll save a lot of time and money. However, you can make small changes for it to look nicer. A change in the way the appliances look won’t hurt. You can swap the dishwasher’s covers or paint the fridge, for instance. Also, replace knobs and handles that are worn, or even add a personal touch to cabinets and cupboards.
3. Bathroom. A bathroom is another area that deserves more comfort than looks -at least, the one that you use. Many bathrooms have a designer look and feel that give it a sophisticated touch. If you think you’re not up to that task, change the basics: a new shower curtain, new towels, new shiny accessories, and objects might do the trick. Buy some fancy soap with a design you find nice, and use some bathroom fragrance to add aroma: the nose can also rejoice in new environments.
4. Living Room. Re-arranging furniture can have an amazing effect on your rooms, especially your living room. There are several techniques for furniture arrangement, but usually trial and error works best. This takes time, but do it; it’s also a great way to take some time off from daily worries.
5. Other Rooms. A complete house-lifting would involve painting. If you have been postponing the painting, then it’s probably time you get your hands dirty. If you don’t want to do it yourself, just hire someone. Depending on your house, it might take from a few days to a couple of weeks, so plan in advance. You certainly don’t want the painter to be still at work on your 40th birthday party!

5 Tips When Designing Your Shower
Shower designs come in many different plans and styles. If you are renovating this area of your bathroom, and you are unsure as to how you want to have the new design, then here are a few tips that may get you thinking.
Tip1. Drawing different designs on a piece of paper is one of the best things you can do when renovating your bathroom. Draw any ideas you have on how you may like to have this room after it is finished.
Tip 2. Budget is another important thing you may need to think about. Check on pricing for all materials that will be used when reconstructing your new bathroom. This includes shower heads, taps and anything else that is necessary for your bathroom.
Tip 3. If you are having trouble with what design you are wanting to put back into your bathroom, then why not look at a few of these. You could try just a plain glass one, one with a bathtub underneath it, an open area with only a curtain. These are just some of the ideas that you could use in your bathroom.
Tip 4. Work out where the taps and any other necessary items like a basket and shower head will go. Do not forget to position them at the right height for all family members that are living with you.
Tip 5. Flooring is also important when it comes to this area of the bathroom. Do not forget to add a drainage system that allows the water to run away. Also work out what type of flooring you will need. The standard is usually tiles, but you may think of something new and different.
So if you are renovating your bathroom area, why not think about some of these tips to help you get rolling. You will not be disappointed.
Real Estate Selling – Top Tips
If you house has been on the market for sale for the last day or the last year, chances are that you are just as excruciatingly anxious for it to finally sell. To make things easier for you, there are ten tips that you can follow to make your home sell faster. Let’s take a look at them.
Most potential buyers will do what we call a drive by, before actually asking to see the house. They will ride by the house to see what it looks like, and to see what the neighborhood is like. This is the first impression the buyer gets of your house, and you want it to be a good one. So, clean the siding, give the house a new coat of paint, add some bushes or potted flowers and keep your grass trimmed. This is called curb appeal.
Now that you have the owner’s attention, you must concentrate on the inside. Complete any unfinished projects, as well as, make any repairs, which are necessary. The buyer will be more interested if they don’t have to do any work before moving in. As part of this step, give the walls a fresh coat of neutral paint. You may be a fan of bright colors, but a neutral color will match anything the owner has.
It is very important to clean the house thoroughly. No buyer is going to get a good feeling if they find a cobweb on the ceiling or dust in the corners. They will associate dirt with the house. This is not the impression you want to give.
Along the lines of cleaning, exterminate your house. If you have a bug problem, you don’t want the buyer to see this. Go to your home improvement store and pick up some items to eliminate the bugs, or hire an exterminator. No one wants to cohabitate with ants or spiders.
If your carpets are old, shampoo them. If they are worn, remove them. Wood floors will be more appealing than stained, beat up carpets. You want your floor to appealing also.
Next, remove all clutter. Clutter has a way of making a space look small and non-appealing. People will think the house has no storage space if everything is piled around.
You want the buyers to be able to picture themselves in this house, so remove all pictures of you and your family. This will be distracting to them, and they won’t be able to look at it as their home. In addition, pack up any personal mementos and items. Also, take the pets to a friend’s house.
Next, lighten things up. Pull back curtains and drapes and let the natural light in. Add extra lamps or use the highest watt bulbs allowed in existing ones. You want the house to be warm and inviting, not dark and dingy.
Pay particular attention to the kitchen and baths, because the buyer will. Make sure they are spotless and well lit. White is an ideal color for the walls, because it will look clean. If you don’t have the money to do big renovations, you can add new lighting or change hardware. In the bathroom, add a new shower curtain and plush towels. These are two rooms that are important to buyers today.
Keep furniture in the house, if you can. It will be hard for the buyer to picture what the house will look like furnished, if it’s empty. Also, an empty house will look cold and uninviting. You want to give the owner a warm, welcoming feeling.
You can’t make someone buy your house, but you can make it appealing. By following the suggestions listed, you can make your house more marketable. If people are drawn to your house, they will want to buy it.

London Builders: New Bathroom Installation Tips
Having decided to make a complete new bathroom installation you may forget about annoying rusty bath, boring faded interior, cracked floor and wall tiles. It means to leave out always leaking mixer taps, painful rusty stains caused by defective sanitaryware, which made you tired a lot. It means to forget about inconvenient bathroom shelves, which occupy the better part of the space but have no practical use. New life begins full of facility, comfort and appeasement! Down with nightmare, inconvenience and constant irritation!
Bathroom is one of the most important rooms in a flat. Only in this room you may really feel easy and natural, create atmosphere of comfort and warmth, and above all, only there you can really stay alone with your thoughts, apprehensions, joys. Only there reunited with your subconsciousness you may lose yourself into your secret dreams and give yourself up to pacification.
Everything around should be pleasant to your eyes and bring the sense of satisfaction in order to reach the sense of maximum comfort and to enjoy hydrotherapeutic procedures. Therefore, when you have decided to make a bathroom renovation you should think over everything up to the smallest details, think over purpose and functionality of every component, select matching light, chord of the bathroom tiles colour, decorate it with various accessories designed exactly for these purposes.
So, you decide to make your bathroom arrangement seriously, what shall we start with? For a start, it is necessary to measure the total area of the room, if the area of your bathroom is not that big try to locate there all the desired elements without bulky compositions. It is necessary to size up at what height desired hanging bathroom cabinets will be located not to hindering movement later on.
Then you need to decide what exactly you want to see in your bathroom: a shower cabin, having saved part of the active area meanwhile, or set a bathtub itself, which occupies a large space, but has its own pluses. In any case regardless of your choice of one or another option you need to know the properties of the bathroom accessories for sure in order not to be disappointed in the future.
Then you need to choose a suitable bathroom sink, there are plenty of them, also, there are also mini and corner sinks, which are perfectly suitable for small rooms. If you decided not to use wall hung bathroom units, you may install nice cabinet under your washbasin, which will create a proper decorative appearance and would give you an additional spare space for bathroom accessories. Above the bathroom sink you may install mirrors. It is necessary to mention that more mirrors you have in your renovated bathroom the wider and larger looks the room. Above the mirror, or next to it is advisable to install spot lights or lamps, which will light well every corner our lovely smiles in front of it.
If your bathroom allows it is necessary to install a towel heater. There is a binary benefit of it: absence of dampness in your new bathroom will prevent fungus and towels will be constantly dry.
In order to save space and embellish the external view of the bathroom you may use wall hung bathroom units. Big plus of this sanitaryware is the complete absence of any pipes, mixers, tanks because everything is hidden inside the bathroom walls and concealed there from curious eyes until the necessary moment.
Buying a new bathtub you may choose it with a spa unit in it which will make your everyday life more joyful and comfortable.
There is nothing but to thoroughly think over a purchase of necessary bathroom accessories to blend them correctly and harmoniously with the interior you create.
And it is also important to say about the selection of color palette for a bathroom. If a room is small, try to avoid dark shades, which will only conceal extra, far too small area. Therefore, it is better to use light and soft tones. And your bathroom will make you happy day after day.

Tips for Approaching Your Bathroom Makeover
It may be fair to say that we all make excuses when it comes to any project, task, or chore related to our homes. Why allow particular tasks to infinitely remain on your infamous “To Do” lists when crossing them off would be so much more rewarding? Sometimes, we all just need a little bit of coaching and motivation in order to provide us with the necessary fuel that will inevitably push us to tackle the home decorating project that we have been putting off for what seems like an eternity.
The key to successfully approaching home decorating projects is to view them in parts or steps. By viewing a particular home decorating project as one large and unconquerable obstacle, then it will likely remain as just that. Use your powers of visualization to both initiate your work on the project and to define a plan as well as to envision the outcome that you have been anticipating for so long. Making over your bathroom would be an ideal challenge for testing your new mindset. Because it is generally a smaller room, you may not have as many features or items to distract you from achieving progress.
Here are a few tips to help you to accomplish your bathroom makeover:
Start from the ground up: Much like the way that we build homes, we should create rooms by laying down a foundation too. By beginning with decisions on rug colors and patterns, you will afford yourself the opportunity of watching your project grow and flow in a natural manner. In selecting a pair of bath rugs, you will set the tone for the overall feel within your bathroom. Work your way to the walls: Once you have set the color and pattern tone within your bathroom, move onto the walls. Considering the application of a brighter or lighter painted color will enable you to infuse unique energy into your atmosphere. This is instrumental in beginning each day with a positive outlook. Find matching curtains and towels: With the outer layer now established, you can find matching curtains and towels to complement the color scheme in your bathroom. Add more flair to your space by finding items with relevant patterns to infuse another burst of style into your bathroom. Choose bathroom accessories to complement your theme: Lastly, investing in a bathroom accessory set that can effectively complement the overall theme within your bathroom will help to tie every accent together. Bathroom accessory sets offer practical and stylish elements. Such sets generally include toothbrush holders, soap dishes, lotion pumps, tumblers, and wastebaskets.
While home decorating may not necessarily embody your ideal of a spirited adventure, by the end of your journey, you will undoubtedly be yearning for more. Your bathroom makeover can help you to develop a new fondness for ameliorating the ambiance and energy within your home. As long as you step back, take a deep breath, and define a logical plan, then you will be able to successfully and enthusiastically accomplish any home decorating project that stands before you.

7 tips for Choosing Accessories for Bathrooms
Bathrooms require lots of storage space for bathroom essentials and linen. Whilst most bathrooms have sink cabinets and linen closets, some don’t. So here are a few tips to consider whilst buying cabinet organisers, pullout drawers, wicker baskets, shoeboxes, etc for your cheap bathroom.
You have to make your choice based on what you want and need. If you are one of those who like 3-stacked picnic baskets, then the better choice for you would be wickers.
This could be placed at the corner to store stuff. You could also buy small wicker baskets to keep colognes, perfumes, cosmetics and dryers that clutter your silk. The colour and pattern of these baskets have to be decided upon based on the texture of your bathrooms.
If you have a country bath, you could get yourself a collection of shaker boxes to store your things. These boxes are usually small boxes that will add lots of style to your country bath. However if you have a traditional bath, you could consider getting yourself a traditional pie safe. These pie safes are best fit in the corner of your bath so that it functions just like a shelf. If you have children and you have an old fashioned bath, you could get yourself a rocking chair designed for children. The chair can be mounted on the wall to clear space and be used for storing things like towels. If you find your bathtub always filled with your personal things, you could try cleaning up the bath for more space with the help of bathroom accessories like tub trays and wired-over storage trays. These tub trays have to be attached over the tub side or back and can be used for storing toys, wash clothes, soaps and other similar things you may require whilst bathing. You can use the wired over storage for same reasons; however based on your choice, it can also be used for storing shampoos and conditioners. Shower bags and mesh bags are handy for storing store soaps, conditioners, shampoos, shaving cream, rasors and even bathing toys which you may require whilst showering.
Getting children to bathe could be a difficult task for most parents. However if you use the right creativity in choosing accessories and the designing of their bathrooms, you will find it easy to get them to have one.
You could install aquarium cabinets, aquarium toilet seats, rugs, shower curtains etc, or some other similar concept, to create an environment so that your children will enjoy spending time in cheap bathrooms.
A medicine cabinet is an essential accessory of all bathrooms. There is a wide range of medicine cabinets for you to choose from online and offline stores.
You have to decide on the size of the cabinet based on the amount of medication you plan to store in it and your bathroom space. However if you are creative, you could always design your own medicine cabinet to add something special to the bathroom.
Try implementing all these tips the next time you are looking for accessories for your cheap bathrooms to make it look much more organised and attractive.
